For this series, Mi Reembolso aimed to address common tax questions in anticipation of the upcoming tax season. They requested a versatile template that offered slight variation while aligning seamlessly with their brand aesthetic.

Similarly, I developed a reusable template featuring 'Did You Know?' style questions. Most of the work for Mi Reembolso was produced bilingually, with the assistance of ChatGPT and final accuracy reviews conducted by their internal team.

The project centered around three key topics: ITINs, Taxes, and Business. The goal was to create a cohesive, easy-to-read design that aligned with the brand’s aesthetic while remaining flexible enough to accommodate both English and Spanish copy. I used the provided English text and translated it using ChatGPT, ensuring tone and clarity were preserved. The design was completed using InDesign, on a tight weekend turnaround.

I currently produce monthly assets for MSR, guided by a quarterly content calendar provided by the client. While I have creative freedom in the design process, I often incorporate client-provided imagery to maintain brand consistency. My focus is on delivering sophisticated, recognizable visuals through intentional use of color, typography, and layout.

All assets are designed in Illustrator to ensure easily editable files for the client. Recently, we have begun incorporating Google Ads into our strategy—a platform I’m actively learning and continuing to grow in.
